Provided the total solution for one of the largest implementations of the Saleslogix application in existence, to account for the new "Do Not Solicit" laws. Tooled and setup multiple Mandrake Linux development PostgreSQL servers to investigate moving smaller lower-load databases to the PostgreSQL engine. Development of the Night Operator database for 24 hour record of checks for production SQL Servers. Assist the DBA team in troubleshooting of problematic situations regarding maintenance and setup of all production SQL Servers. Use of Windows NT Server’s User Manager for Domains and the Hyena client tool to maintain user account security by updating password change periodicities, global and local group security priviledges, and group memberships. Use of NT Server Manager to monitor and update workstation and server machine accounts within the domain. Execute nightly UNIX and Windows NT backups using Backup Exec software 7.0,7.2,7.3 from Seagate and version 8.5 from Veritas.
